Deposits are non-refundable. We allow clients to move their appointment once only, if you would like to rearrange your appointment, it must be before the 72 hour time period and you must provide an alternate date.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we will not be able to carry out the treatment due to the time needed to carry out safe practice with the nature of our procedures. In these circumstances this will result in a loss of the deposit, clients will need to rebook.
If you have booked a course of sessions or a complimentary top up and haven't given us 72 hours notice you will forfeit the session and there will be a loss of deposit or a minimum £50 charge to rebook.
Deposits are required upon booking an appointment time to secure the booking. Deposits are non refundable.

We do not offer refunds on treatments.
We allow clients to reschedule their appointment up to 72 hour’s notice of their initial appointment. If contact has not been made within the notice period you will lose your deposit. We only allow clients to reschedule their appointment 1 time and an alternate date must be provided when cancelling.
For complimentary treatments or a course of sessions client's must still provide 72 hours notice to reschedule. There will be a £50 re-scheduling fee for moving a appointment within the time period. If you have book a course of sessions you will forfeit the session that's missed if you do not let us know within 72 hours that you cannot make the appointment.
